About Lessons |

 Lessons are taken at least once a week to begin with and are 40 minutes long.
I teach at three locations. The Fine Balance studio in Chiswick, West London is just a few steps from
both tube and bus stops.
The studio has light and airy teaching rooms. Neither clinical and
impersonal, nor reminiscent of a fitness centre, it provides the
perfect informal, calm and inviting environment in which to explore the
Technique.
I also teach at the Constructive Teaching Centre in Holland Park.
Lessons cost £30 each.
