Constructive Teaching Centre – Walter Carrington.
The Constructive Teaching Centre and the Alexander Technique have almost become synonymous. The CTC is the oldest Alexander Technique training school in the world. Established by Walter Carrington in 1960 as the new home for FM Alexander’s original training course which he was supervising at the time of Alexander’s death, Walter and his wife Dilys were joint directors of the school until Walter died in 2005.
