Lessons are taken at least once a week to begin with and are 40 minutes long.
I teach at The West London Centre for the Alexander Technique in Chiswick, which is a few minutes from Stamford Brook underground station and the many buses which go down the high road.
The centre is in a beautiful Georgian building and has several large light and airy teaching rooms. Neither clinical and impersonal nor reminiscent of a fitness centre, it provides the perfect informal, calm and inviting environment in which to explore the Technique.
I also teach at the Constructive Teaching Centre in Holland Park.
