Parking in Prebend Gardens is available at the pay-and-display bays either
side of the railway bridge, or for up to two hours on the parking meters at
the junction with Chiswick High Road.

What should I wear?
You should wear comfortable clothes, preferably trousers. You only take off
your shoes for a lesson.
How many lessons will I need? .
A course of 20-30 lessons can provide a good foundation for on-going self-discovery for most people.
Is the Alexander Technique the same thing as Pilates?
No. Pilates is a form of exercise, and the Technique is a method of self-help.
Is this a form of alternative therapy or complementary medicine?
No. While the Alexander Technique can be therapeutic in its results, it
is educative in nature. My training is as a teacher, and not as a
medical
therapist.
Is the Technique covered by private medical insurance?
No, not at present.
